What is an ASO provider?
An ASO provider is a company that offers compliance and HR services, as well as technology that includes payroll administration, HR support, and more.
What is the difference between an ASO and PEO?
ASO and PEO are very similar but still have a few key differences. An ASO provides HR and compliance services to help you manage your workforce but does not provide benefits, or a co-employment relationship between your company and the ASO provider. A PEO offers HR, compliance, and benefits with a co-employment relationship between your company and the PEO provider.
