Yes! Rippling offers payroll in all 50 states. Unlike other vendors, we do not charge you more if you need to run payroll in multiple states.

Does Rippling file W-2s and 1099s for me?

Yes! Rippling automatically generates files with tax authorities, and distributes to employees digital W-2 forms, as well as 1099s for contractors, at the end of the year. Additionally, you can select to have Rippling print and mail these for a small fee.

Can I pay international employees and contractors with Rippling?
