Talent Signal reviews the first 90 days of work product for new hires in engineering, customer support, and, soon, sales roles to generate a performance signal for each employee. It provides an independent view of how they’re ramping up, and gives managers concrete, actionable examples to support coaching conversations.

Streamline bulk document distribution
Our enhanced bulk document workflows let admins save and resume drafts at any time and take bulk actions like canceling requests or sending reminders. Rippling will double check for missing information and send a prompt to your admin to ensure all documents are accurate before sending.
Make e-signatures even easier with fillable fields
Your admins can now add text boxes and checkboxes to documents. These free-form fillable fields simplify the signing process and make it easier to gather the essential employee information you need to maintain compliance.
Pay out premiums at regular rate of pay
Instead of paying out premiums at a flat rate or a multiple of base pay, you can now pay out at the regular rate of pay—helping safeguard your business from compliance risks.
Specify your Qualifying Life Event (QLE) Approvers
Rather than inundate your entire admin team with extra work and notifications, you can now select specific benefit admins to review and approve QLE requests. Designated QLE approvers will see a 'QLE' tab in their dashboards, allowing them to view and manage all QLE requests.
Gain greater visibility into tax payments made via paper check
Stay fully informed and in control of your tax payments. Now, you can see a copy of each check, send date, and detailed tracking events for tax payments made via paper checks.

We’re making enhancements across IT
Strengthen security with Device Trust
Using Rippling’s unified MDM and IdP, you can now easily enforce behavioral detection rules with Supergroups to ensure only applicable users with managed devices can access specific third-party apps and company resources. Setup only takes a few clicks and maintenance is a breeze, with Rippling acting as the certificate authority moving forward.

We’re constantly growing our Windows MDM software catalog, and with this latest update, you can access more than 100 new titles. Still not seeing your software of choice? Simply request a new title to be added by contacting Rippling support.
Utilize Zero Day support for MacOS Sequoia
Rippling Device Management is compatible with Sequoia from day one. You can manage and control exactly when employees can make the update to Sequoia on the Updates tab of the Devices app, as well as easily identify which devices in your fleet are eligible
We’re supercharging Spend
Streamline Spend requests with Slack approvals
You can log into Rippling to approve spend requests, or you can select Slack notifications and approve spend requests on the fly. With this latest integration, approvers can easily and quickly review, approve, or reject anything from expense requests to card limit changes right from Slack.
Approve Spend requests in Rippling’s Approval app
Spend admins no longer have to review and approve expense requests, virtual card requests, card limit changes, transactions, and bills inside the Spend app. Now, they can review and approve spend requests faster—right inside the Approvals app next to all their other Rippling approval requests.
