With a one-click integration, you can now bring Rippling data into Gable to streamline account creation and removal, automatically set user roles and policies, access robust and comprehensive reporting, and more.

Create and remove accounts in Gable as part of your onboarding and offboarding flows

Connect Gable with Rippling to automatically create and remove user accounts when you onboard and offboard employees. Use smart rules to set configurations about who should have access and when, so every employee has exactly what they need from the start.

Set roles and policies based on any employee data you want

When you integrate Rippling and Gable, you can automatically assign your employees to roles in Gable (like Admins, Bookers, Approvers, Receptionists, or Employees) and apply booking, budget, approval, and payment policies by configuring your groups using specific employee attributes from Rippling. Because Rippling is built on a single source of truth for employee data, you can use any attribute that makes sense for your organization—department, cost center, work location, etc. Set your policies once, and they’ll automatically apply to any employees that fit those roles and attributes, saving you and your team even more time and manual work down the line.

Power up your reporting with employee attributes

Gable already supplies Booking, Budget, and Space reports. But when you integrate Rippling and Gable, you can slice and dice those reports using attributes pulled from Rippling, like department, employee location, and more. This gives you a much more robust and comprehensive view of how your team uses Gable workspaces, what they cost, and more.

Sign in to Gable faster and more securely via single sign-on (SSO)

Automatically provision Gable accounts through Rippling so your employees have a seamless experience from day one. Your accounts stay protected with SSO, while employees can sign into their Gable accounts in one click, using Rippling to authenticate. That way, they can instantly log in and start working. SSO can be configured for Gable users upon app setup.
