It’s official—Rippling’s mobile device management software supports all iOS and iPadOS devices. Now you can help new hires hit the ground running on day one with a cohesive onboarding experience, offer flexibility in device choice, and enhance security org-wide. 

Platform 

Tackle task management with the Inbox app

Rippling’s new Inbox app gives you greater control over your day-to-day tasks. Now, you can see all your tasks in one place, easily add collaborators, and cut back on distractions with customizable notifications.

Automate document delivery with Workflow Automator

Now you can send documents automatically based on various behavioral triggers, like sharing out bulk documents for signatures whenever new devices are issued.

Simplify data management with the updated Data Manager

Our Data Manager makes it easy to update employee and company data, navigate to the information you need, and save time across your daily tasks.

Never miss a clock-in with Kiosk offline mode

With Rippling Kiosk’s offline mode, employees can clock in and out, switch jobs, take breaks, and capture photos—all without an internet connection.

Streamline document collection during the application process

Candidates can now submit certifications, portfolios, and other critical documents upfront, to streamline the application process.

Track review packet acknowledgements

Now, admins in Rippling’s performance management software can require employees to confirm receipt of their performance and compensation review packets before viewing details—providing clear accountability throughout the review cycle.

Streamline commission payments with QuotaPath + Rippling

Simplify and streamline the end-to-end compensation process with our new QuotaPath integration. Help finance and HR leaders save time, reduce mistakes, and work more efficiently. 

Global 

Grow globally with EOR in 19 new countries

You can now hire, pay, and manage global employees in 19 new countries with Rippling EOR: Bulgaria, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Egypt, Hungary, Kenya, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Morocco, Nigeria, Peru, Slovakia, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam.

Localize Rippling HRIS in 23 new countries

Rippling now defaults to country-specific fields (like tax IDs) when adding employees in 23 new countries.

New for Australia: Eight new Modern Awards 

Support minimum pay rates, overtime, time-off, and more for GRIA, HPSS, Textiles, Storage Services, Clerks, Professionals, Food, Beverage and Tobacco, and Miscellaneous.

Expanded bank file coverage 

Use bank files to fund local payroll in India and Singapore in any currency you want. Plus, use Santander’s bank file format for UK payroll.

Flexible spend limits now let you define top-level limits for virtual card groups—giving you greater control over team budgets, software spend, and more.
