Working with smart people is fun, but working with dedicated people is life-changing. Everybody at Rippling deeply believes in what we’re building. We’ve always known that Rippling could be big. At times the challenge of building something ambitious has surprised us. We’ve made mistakes along the way. We’ll continue to hire people in time zones across the globe, because we want to collaborate with the very best. But we’ll also continue to listen and improve, wherever necessary.
