Morning Consult wanted to maintain its flexible time-off policy, but there was a problem: Too many reps were requesting time off during critical periods. Sales were suffering. Enter HR. The People Ops team built a report in Rippling showing each sales leader their team’s PTO ahead of the quarter’s end. This report updates dynamically, so each manager can forecast accurately. As a result, Morning Consult has increased its win rate.

Endless West is disrupting an old school industry: food-and-beverage. Its VP of People believes that employee experience is essential for retaining top talent.
