Recipe Overview

Pursuant to California state law, a company that meets the following characteristics must submit an annual Pay Data report to the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing:

1. have at least 100 or more employees,

2. has at least one employee located in California),

3. are required to file an annual Employer Information Report (EEO-1)
