Recipe Overview
Pursuant to California state law, a company that meets the following characteristics must submit an annual Pay Data report to the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing:
1. have at least 100 or more employees,
2. has at least one employee located in California),
3. are required to file an annual Employer Information Report (EEO-1)
With this Recipe, you’ll get a ready report that you can use to file section II.B of the California Pay Data Report, which calculates for you the total hours worked and the pay band—based on your data in Rippling’s Payroll app—along with employee demographics from EEO-reported data.
