Assembly’s old Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse, slowed the hiring process down. Allison and her team found it cumbersome to create a job requisition, which required opening a new workflow, leaving it to open a separate workflow to add a manager as an admin, then going back into the original requisition to tie it with the new admin. In Allison’s words, “creating a job req shouldn’t be that hard.”
